Immenstaad is your ideal starting point for trips by bike or foot or day trips – there are many attractions to be visited in the area. Enjoying the beach, hiking tours or all kind of winter sport activities, even trips to Austria and Switzerland are perfectly plannable from this location.

Bachelor parties and similar are not tolerated due to the quite residential area we are located in.

The living space and sleeping quarters are generously spread on 3 levels with 2 full bathrooms.

The lake and mountain views are exceptional in the winter months. During summer time they are a bit limited due to the lush vegetation but you can just take a 4 min stroll down to the beach and enjoy the view from there.

A bus stop is right up the road and towns like Friedrichshafen, Konstanz, Meersburg or Überlingen can be easily reached by public transportation.

We want you to have an unforgettable vacation and are always there for you with tips and recommendations. Being very active ourselves we are able to give you lots of insider information whether it be watersports like stand-up paddling, wakeboarding, water skiing or bike tours, mountain biking and hiking.

There are not only breathtaking landscapes to explore but also plenty of cultural sightseeing spots, museums, restaurants and exceptional events like the legendary wine festivals, the Constance “Seenachtsfest” with its famous fire works and of course the “Bregenzer Festspiele” just to name a few.
